What's New? - July 2026
We are excited to share the latest updates to the Celayix platform, rolled out in July 2026. These updates are designed to improve functionality, enhance user experience, and ensure smoother workflows. Below, you'll find the details of the newest features and improvements.
iSolved Employee Pay Rate Sync
When a new employee is created in iSolved, a default pay rate is now automatically created for that employee in Celayix.
The pay rate is configured using the following values:
- Service: All Services
- Pay Rate: Matches the hourly pay rate entered in iSolved.
- Effective Date: Matches the employee's hire date.
Important: Changes made to an existing employee's pay rate in iSolved are not synchronized back to Celayix. This is expected behavior under the current integration design.
Workflow Automation
The first version of the Workflow Automation has been developed, providing the foundation for configurable approval processes and future workflow automation.
At this stage, the Workflow Automation is not yet available for customer use. The feature remains disabled while additional development, testing, and validation are completed.

- Overtime alert
- Overtime alert with suggested replacement employees
- Automatic reassignment of overtime shifts
- Overtime shift reassignment requiring approval
Shift Rescue Workflows
- Shift rescue notification with suggested replacement employees (email)
- Shift rescue reassignment notification (email)
- Shift rescue reassignment requiring approval
Bug Fixes & Improvements
The July 2026 release also includes the following bug fixes and platform improvements.
Document Expiry Date Correction
Resolved an issue that could cause document expiry dates to display one day earlier or later than the selected date. Document expiry dates are now displayed and processed accurately throughout the system.
