We are excited to share the latest updates to the Celayix platform, rolled out in July 2026. These updates are designed to improve functionality, enhance user experience, and ensure smoother workflows. Below, you'll find the details of the newest features and improvements.
iSolved Employee Pay Rate Sync
When a new employee is created in iSolved, a default pay rate is automatically created for the employee in Celayix.
The pay rate is configured as follows:
Service: All Services
Pay Rate: Matches the hourly rate entered in iSolved
Effective Date: Matches the employee’s hire date
Note: Changes made to an existing employee’s pay rate in iSolved are not synchronized with Celayix. This is expected under the current integration design.
Workflow Automation
The initial version of the Workflow Engine has been developed, establishing the foundation for configurable approval processes and future automation capabilities.

Bug Fixes and Improvements
Document Expiry Date Correction
Resolved an issue that could cause document expiry dates to appear one day earlier or later than the selected date. This fix ensures expiry dates are displayed and processed accurately throughout the system.
