To sign in, you will typically need:
- Client ID

You could also use the web version of Schedule Xpress mobile with this: https://schedule-xpress-mobile.celayix.com/
The options available in the mobile app depend on the permissions assigned to your administrator account. Some scheduling functions may not be available if your account does not have the required access.
View and Manage the Schedule
The Schedule Xpress mobile app provides administrators with quick access to scheduled shifts.
From the schedule, administrators can review important shift information and make updates as operational needs change. This is especially useful for managers who need to make scheduling adjustments while working away from their computer.
Administrators can use the mobile app to:
- View scheduled shifts
- Review shift details
- Create new shifts
- Assign employees to shifts
- Update existing shift information
- Make attendance-related changes
Use Filters to Find Shifts
Filters help administrators quickly narrow down the schedule and find the shifts they need to review or update.
Depending on your organization's configuration, filters can be used to focus the schedule on specific scheduling information, such as particular dates, employees, customers, sites, services, or other available criteria.
Using filters is especially helpful when managing larger schedules because it reduces the number of shifts displayed and makes it easier to focus on the relevant assignments.
Create New Shifts
Administrators with the appropriate permissions can create new shifts directly from the Schedule Xpress mobile app.
When creating a shift, enter the required scheduling information for the assignment. Depending on your organization's configuration, this may include details such as:
- Date
- Start and end time
- Customer
- Site
- Service
- Employee assignment
Review the shift information before saving to ensure the assignment has been entered correctly.
Assign Employees to Shifts
Employees can be assigned to shifts directly from the mobile app.
When staffing an open or newly created shift, select the appropriate employee and save the change. Schedule Xpress can help administrators manage assignments while maintaining visibility into the current schedule.
Employee assignment options may vary depending on employee availability, qualifications, scheduling rules, and your organization's configuration.
Update Existing Shifts
Administrators can open an existing shift to review its details and make changes when required.
For example, a shift may need to be updated when:
- An employee assignment changes
- The shift time changes
- Scheduling details need to be corrected
- Operational requirements change
Keeping shifts updated helps ensure administrators and employees are working from the most current schedule information.
Update Shift Attendance
Schedule Xpress Mobile also allows authorized administrators to make changes to shift attendance.
Attendance information can be updated directly from the shift when adjustments are required. This allows managers to keep attendance records current even when they are managing operations from the field.
The attendance options available will depend on your organization's configuration and the permissions assigned to your account.
Manage Scheduling on the Go
Schedule Xpress Mobile is designed to give administrators convenient access to the scheduling functions they use most frequently.
Instead of returning to a desktop computer for routine schedule changes, administrators can review and update schedules directly from their mobile device. This helps organizations respond more quickly to staffing changes, maintain accurate schedules, and keep daily operations moving efficiently.
