Schedule Xpress Mobile is a mobile phone application that gives you 24/7 access to your schedule and allows you to manage it when you're away from your desk.
Note: At this current time, the Schedule Xpress Mobile can only be accessed through a web link in your browser. The app is expected to be released in April 2024.
Celayix-Greenshades updates
Below are the latest updates between Celayix and payroll partner Greenshades.
Greenshades Sites and Services API syncs in Schedule Xpress
Those who have integrated Greenshades with their Celayix platform will be happy to hear that we've improved the overall integration by including a Sites and Services sync.
Celayix will be the system of record for your Sites and Services, and newly added or updated records in Schedule Xpress will automatically sync to your Greenshades platform.
This further eliminates the need for double-data entry across each platform and will help to eliminate potential errors when running payroll.

Greenshades payroll data mapping in Schedule Xpress
We've added a pay-hours mapping table in Schedule Xpress to ensure you can map hours, allowances and time off types to the appropriate code type in Greenshades.
This creates a much better user experience and is a key part of ensuring proper payroll integration.

Okta SSO (Single Sign On) integration with Celayix
A new integration with Okta SSO will now allow users to log in to their Celayix platform using the single sign-on method.
Single sign-on is an authentication scheme that allows you to login using a single ID to any of several related software systems.

Fixed an issue with attachments on Team Xpress app where attachments would not always attach when selected.
Fixed an issue with Excel report for Shift Activities where the file wouldn’t correctly download n Schedule Xpress.
Fixed an issue with the close button(x) not closing on the Payroll/Billing Export panel.
