Schedule Xpress Mobile is a mobile phone application that gives you 24/7 access to your schedule and allows you to manage it when you're away from your desk.

Note: At this current time, the Schedule Xpress Mobile can only be accessed through a web link in your browser. The app is expected to be released in April 2024.

Below are the latest updates between <a href="https://www.celayix.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Celayix</a> and payroll partner <a href="https://go.greenshades.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Greenshades</a>.

Greenshades Sites and Services API syncs in Schedule Xpress

Those who have integrated <a href="https://go.greenshades.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Greenshades</a> with their Celayix platform will be happy to hear that we've improved the overall integration by including a <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/7861673-manage-sites">Sites</a> and <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/7856116-manage-services">Services</a> sync.

Celayix will be the system of record for your <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/7861673-manage-sites">Sites</a> and <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/7856116-manage-services">Services</a>, and newly added or updated records in <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/5613592-schedule-xpress-the-basics">Schedule Xpress</a> will automatically sync to your <a href="https://go.greenshades.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Greenshades</a> platform.

This further eliminates the need for double-data entry across each platform and will help to eliminate potential errors when running payroll.

Greenshades payroll data mapping in Schedule Xpress

We've added a pay-hours mapping table in <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/5613592-schedule-xpress-the-basics">Schedule Xpress</a> to ensure you can map hours, <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/6609723-payroll-billing-in-time-processing#h_955ccd48de">allowances</a> and <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/5654030-managing-time-off-requests#h_5d5a58ff88">time off types</a> to the appropriate code type in <a href="https://go.greenshades.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Greenshades</a>.

This creates a much better user experience and is a key part of ensuring proper payroll integration.

Okta SSO (Single Sign On) integration with Celayix 

A new integration with <a href="https://www.okta.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Okta SSO</a> will now allow users to log in to their <a href="https://www.celayix.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Celayix</a> platform using the single sign-on method.

Single sign-on is an authentication scheme that allows you to login using a single ID to any of several related software systems.

Fixed an issue with attachments on <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/5530439-team-xpress-the-basics">Team Xpress</a> app where attachments would not always attach when selected.

Fixed an issue with <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/6464371-exporting-reports#h_5691125b11">Excel report for Shift Activities</a> where the file wouldn’t correctly download n <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/5613592-schedule-xpress-the-basics">Schedule Xpress</a>.

Fixed an issue with the close button(x) not closing on the <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/6609723-payroll-billing-in-time-processing">Payroll/Billing</a> Export panel.
