Schedule reports
In your Schedule, you have the option to pull a PDF, Excel or Excel export with shift activities.
Note: You also have the option to pull EVV reports, but due to a specific system setting, you'd need to Contact Support first.
Before pulling a report, it's important to know that a report will only capture the shifts that are visible on screen. So, it's essential for you to ensure that your layout filter and date range represents exactly the information you want to export.
PDF export
You can export a PDF by heading to Schedule Tools > Export > PDF export.
As mentioned previously, the PDF will represent the same as your Schedule.
Excel export
You can export an Excel report of your Schedule. This can be exported with or without shift activities.
Note: Excel export is only available for the Schedule module.
The Excel export is an informative way that users can access a breakdown of all of their Schedule data.
We advise that you visit your Layout manager to ensure that your Schedule display the information you want before exporting.
Excel export with shift activities
If preferred, you can choose to Excel export with shift activities. This provides a breakdown of information such as employee's shift tasks, notes and signatures, which are all marked with an timestamp.
Once you've enabled editing, we'd advise that you click the number 2 towards the top-left corner. This expands all of your rows to ensure you can see all of the activities for each shift.
As you can see, the report highlights whether tasks were completed or not, who they were assigned by, signatures and notes written by the employee.
You can click the link for the signature to view it as a PNG.
Manage people and Manage sites reports

To export all the data you need, ensure that you've selected all your columns and ordered to suit.

Manage services reports
You can export PDF reports from Manage services.
Note: Again, if there's specific information you want to display, look at customizing your columns before exporting.
There will be a wrench located in the top-right corner. Click this and then PDF export.
Note: Just like in your Schedule, this will only export exactly what is on your screen. If you've filtered for specific criteria, then only this will be display in your export.
