This article will inform you of all the new updates to the Celayix platform throughout April 2023.
Stats & licenses info in Schedule Xpress
You can now view your Stats & licenses info from within the Manage people section of Schedule Xpress. First, ensure you choose the Employees or Administration tab based on the information you want to view.
The Stats & licenses info will present towards the top-left of your Manage people.
You can click this option to reveal your Branch stats, which consists of the number of Active, Inactive and Archived accounts within the Branch. This option will also show your license info for all companies/branches, highlighting the Licenses used and Available licenses for you to add more accounts.
Payroll export from Time Processing
You can now pull a Payroll export from Time Processing in Schedule Xpress. You can find it in your Time processing tools > Export > Payroll export.
You can define the Payroll export template, Employee or Pay cycle and the give the file a Batch number and File name before exporting. The file will export as a .txt file.
Note: You can use the Time Processing date range picker to reflect the period you want to export.
Enabling your Payroll export
Please be aware that Celayix will have control over the export options you have available. Please Contact Support to enable your Payroll export.
Multi-select sites/services for Availability
Both the User and employee can multi-select sites and services when creating Availability records. The User can create them from Schedule Xpress, and the employee from their Team Xpress app.
Inside employee accounts in the Availability section of Manage people in Schedule Xpress, you can now multi-select sites and services when creating a record.
Click the dropdown to choose the sites and services you want them to be available for.
Inside the Availability section of Team Xpress, employees can now multi-select sites and services when creating a record.
How the record will display in Schedule Xpress
A record that has multiple sites/services will display as below.
Filter availability method
You can choose the Filter availability method to show employees Without availability for a date range and With availability for a date range. This is located in Manage people in Schedule Xpress.
If you choose to select one of the two options, you'll notice a new filter will appear with the name of Availability records date range. Once you choose a date range in this filter, then records will show based on your selections.
