Manage rates module in Schedule Xpress

A new Manage rates module has been added to Schedule Xpress to allow you a separate space to manage your employee, site, combination and branch pay rates.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) can now be used as an identity and access management security method for your Schedule Xpress. It adds an extra layer of security by generating a code from your device to enter after your password.

Exporting your time off requests to PDF or Excel

You can now export your time off requests to PDF or Excel in the Requests section in Schedule Xpress.

In Requests, you'll notice a wrench tool in the top-right corner. Click the wrench tool > Export and then PDF or Excel export.

Debit amount column for time off requests

You're now able to select a debit amount column in the Requests module in Schedule Xpress.

This change was brought in to ensure you're aware of the intended amount to be paid out for any time off requests.
