This article will inform you of all the new updates to the Celayix platform throughout January 2023.

You're now able to view multi-records for employee qualifications in the Manage people grid. You can click the 3 orange dots which will provide a pop-up of all the qualifications belonging to the employee.

Note: The 3 dots will only appear if the employee has more than one qualification record.

You now have the option to show a currency symbol inside the Time Processing layout grid. You can toggle between Yes and No dependent on whether you want to show a currency symbol or not.

For those who require their platform to calculate Daylight Savings Time (DST), please ensure that this is check marked in your General Settings.

Note: If you check mark this option, you'll no longer need to fill out the DST dates in eTIme Xpress.

Time Processing will no longer automatically load when you click to access it. You'll now be given the opportunity to select your date parameters and Grid view layout filter prior to loading your data. You can click the refresh button in the center of your screen to load the data upon making your decision.

This prevents the User from having to load unnecessary data and will improve the speed of processing.
