This release sees a new phase released for the Time Processing module, and changes to your Branch settings.
Time Processing Phase 5
The Time Processing Phase 5 allows the user to search and create filters for shift activities by using the Advanced filters.
‘All shift activities’ should be displayed as the last option in Advanced filter, which replicates the same as in Schedule module.
The shift activities list will also be exactly the same as in the Schedule module.
Shift activities will be used to reflect any activities that occur during an employees' shift. You can also use the employee shift log to show these.
Branch settings - Branding
There is now the option to customize your Schedule Xpress database. You can head to Settings > Organization settings, and there, you'll see an option labelled by your Client ID and settings. For example, CelayixSoftware settings.
Once inside, you can choose an image to represent a Custom logo and a Rectangular logo.
The Custom logo will display in the top-left corner of your Schedule Xpress database.
The Rectangular logo will display in the navigation panel on the left, when in an expanded state. To expand, click the small, right-facing arrow to expand.
You'll then see the Rectangular logo in the panel.
The optimum dimensions of the square logo are 88x88 pixels or a multiple thereof, and 330x88 or a multiple thereof for the rectangular logo.
