Having a Team Xpress account is essential for checking in and out of shifts, ensuring you get paid for the hours you work. When you join a company that uses Celayix, you'll receive an invitation to Team Xpress, which you'll need to accept.

Receiving your Team Xpress invitation
To access your employee account, you’ll first receive an invitation from your company. This invite will be sent via email or SMS, depending on your company’s communication preferences. See examples below.

Accepting your Team Xpress invitation
Upon receiving your invite, make sure you:
Note your Client ID and Username, as you'll need these every time you log in to your Team Xpress app.
Next, click Accept Invite.
Creating a Team Xpress password
You’ll need to create a Team Xpress password. Be sure to keep it safe, as you'll need it to log in shortly after.
Completing your Team Xpress Invitation
You’ll need to complete the remaining information to finalize your Team Xpress invitation. This includes:
Date format.
Time format.
Time zone (set by your supervisor).
Consent to receive email and SMS notifications from Celayix.
Press 'Done' to finalize your Team Xpress setup.
What to do if your Team Xpress invitation has expired
If your invitation has expired, you'll be prompted to do one of the following:
Ask your supervisor to send you a new invitation link.
If you have already accepted the invitation, download the Team Xpress app and log in.

If you don’t have a mobile phone that supports these downloads, you can use your browser or Voice Xpress — a method that allows you to call a mobile number to clock in.

Team Xpress can also be accessed through your browser at login.celayix.com.
Note: The supported browsers are Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox. Using other browsers may result in erratic performance.
