Welcome to Team Xpress!
In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to download the Team Xpress app on your preferred device and how to obtain your login credentials. Your invitation to join Team Xpress will be sent directly by your employer via email or SMS.

How to log in to Team Xpress
To log in, you'll need the following details:
Client ID: A unique identifier linked to your company, provided by your employer.
Username: A personalized username assigned to you by your employer.
Password: Set by you after receiving the invitation email from your employer.
Once you've entered this information, click the Log In button. You may also be prompted to save your credentials for easier access in the future.
Changing the Language in Team Xpress
To change the app's language from the default English, click on the 'English' label. Currently, English, Français (French), and Español (Spanish) are supported.
Having trouble with your password?
If you're experiencing issues accessing your account, click on the 'Get help logging in' link on the login screen. You’ll be prompted to enter your Client ID and Username, then click Reset password.
