Read below to find out all you need to know about your free trial and how you can upgrade to a full account if we're a good fit for you!

Signing up for your free trial

You can sign up for your free trial by clicking Try Celayix For Free and filling the form.

Press Get Started to create your free trial. You'll then be contacted by a Celayix Solutions Advisor.

Before you verify your email, please make yourself aware with the platform's System requirements below.

System requirements

Celayix is optimized for Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Other browsers are not currently supported. If you don't have any of these web browsers, then they can be downloaded for free:

Verify your email

The next step will be to Verify your email. This link will be sent to the email address provided in the form.

Verify your email sent by Celayix

Once you've clicked Verify Email, you'll:

  • Receive your Client ID, which is unique to your company.

  • Receive your username, which will be used when you log in.

  • Create a password to log in with.

Once you've created a password, you'll need to agree the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then Create account.

You'll notice that you enter the Schedule section of your account.

Length of trial

The trial length will be 14 days, unless specified otherwise.

Support with your free trial

For support during your trial, you can refer to the Celayix Free Trial section of the Help Center. Alternatively, you can also use all sections of the Celayix Help Center which are designed to give advice and answers on all things Celayix.

Upgrade to full account

If you're ready to upgrade to a full account with Celayix, please click the Upgrade to full account option at the top of your screen. This will inform your Solutions Advisor that you want to upgrade.

Upon clicking Upgrade to full account, you'll receive an email to inform you that your request has been received.

Once you've upgraded, you'll be referred to an Implementation Specialist. Read below for more about our Post-trial Onboarding process.

Post-trial onboarding

Our post-trial onboarding processes includes time with an Implementation Specialist to ensure that your platform is setup just right for you and your company. We take this approach because no two businesses operate the same and your Celayix platform can be configured to ensure you get the most benefit out of using it.

Your time with an Implementation Specialist will also include training sessions tailored for your scheduling needs. If you have specific questions during the free trial, feel free to ask them and find out as much as you can about your new platform.
