We are excited to share the latest updates to the Celayix platform, rolled out in July 2025. These updates are designed to improve functionality, enhance user experience, and ensure smoother workflows. Below, you'll find the details of the newest features and improvements.
Documents visible to employees in Team Xpress
A new option has been added to the Documents section in Manage people that allows you to make documents visible to employees in their Team Xpress app by simply checking a box.
To enable this, open the specific document within the employee’s profile and select the checkbox labeled Visible to associated employees.
If the document is associated with multiple employees, you can select the employees in the dropdown list.
Employees can access these documents in the Team Xpress app by navigating to My Account > Documents. Any documents shared with them will be available in that section.
Site documents accessible in Schedule Xpress Mobile
Documents attached to shifts are now accessible to admins in the Schedule Xpress Mobile app.
To view them, simply tap on the shift, then scroll to the bottom of the shift details to find the Documents section.
Bug Fixes and Improvements: July 2025
We’ve made important updates to improve the user experience. Below are the notable bug fixes and improvements applied in July 2025:
Shift Reminder Improvements: A new workflow using SNS notifications (AWS) has been introduced to ensure employees no longer receive shift reminders for shifts they've been removed from.
Chat Module Enhancements (Phase 1): Ongoing development will soon enable managers to communicate more efficiently with groups of employees, enhancing team coordination and improving the accuracy of internal messaging.
Performance Optimization: Improvements have been made to reduce the loading time of Schedule Xpress after login, enhancing the overall user experience.
