ADP Run payroll data mapping
You can now map your ADP earnings codes from within Schedule Xpress. This is located under Settings > Organization settings > Integrations > ADP Run.
Greenshades data validation
Additional development work has taken place to ensure that all data transferred to Greenshades is validated by showing an error if something is incorrect when running payroll via API. Celayix will show an error, if:
An employee doesn't exist in the selected pay run.
Sites are not validated with the correct Greenshades codes.
Services are not validated with the correct Greenshades codes.
Earnings codes are not mapped correctly.
Bug fixes
You can read the notable bug fixes through June 2024 below:
In read mode, the employee profile displays "No registration" in Registration section even though a Registration exists.
Employee reference 2 in shift display info doesn't show when pasting a shift template or adding a shift until saved.
Can't add new or submit a time sheet to an existing shift in Team Xpress, as getting a 4GL stop error/remote procedure failure.
