You may be required to read and accept a shift affirmation prior to checking in to your shift in Team Xpress. A shift affirmation is often used as a company policy statement or additional guidelines you need to affirm before starting your shift.

It will look like the example below.

Do I need to select Yes for a shift affirmation?

Dependent on your setup, you may be required to select Yes to show that you have acknowledged and accepted the shift affirmation.

If you press No, you may be a risk of being unable to check in to your shift.

An error will appear if your settings do not permit you to decline a shift affirmation in Team Xpress
