You can reset the password of an employee account in the Accounts section of Manage people in Schedule Xpress.

Employees can reset passwords themselves
Locating an employee account
All employee accounts are located in the Manage people section of Schedule Xpress. You can use the search bar to find their name.
Click Edit employee
Once you've clicked inside of the employee account you want to change the password for, press Edit employee.
Resetting the password
To reset the password of the employee account, head to the Accounts section, and click the dropdown under Update Team Xpress account.
Click Reset password. You'll then be able to enter the new password in the New password field to the right.
Don't forget to press Save.
Note: A new password must be a minimum of 8 characters.
