We are excited to share the latest updates to the Celayix platform, rolled out in October 2025. These updates are designed to improve functionality, enhance user experience, and ensure smoother workflows. Below, you'll find the details of the newest features and improvements.

In this article, we'll cover the following feature updates for your Celayix platform:

Over the past month, the Celayix team has been hard at work advancing the Assistant, delivering a range of improvements and updates for a stronger, more seamless experience.

The Assistant now allows you to create assigned shifts by selecting employee names or ID numbers and entering the shift details.

If you’re satisfied with the results provided by the Assistant, select Create Shifts.

Once created, your shift(s) will be in draft mode. Click the save icon to finalize them.

You can now delete shifts in Celayix Assistant by providing the shift details. You'll need to ensure to use the word 'delete' when making the request.

If you’re satisfied with the results provided by the Assistant, select Delete Shifts.

Deleted shifts still require you to click the save icon to confirm the changes. The Celayix Assistant will remind you that these shifts are still in draft mode until saved.

A new feature access level has been introduced, allowing you to control whether managers have No access or Run access to the Celayix Assistant.

Please note that full administrators will automatically have access to the Assistant.

You can now minimize or maximize the Celayix Assistant by selecting the Minimize or Maximize button located in the top-right corner of the panel.

You can also drag the edge of the panel to adjust its size and set it to your preferred view.

We’ve made important updates to improve the user experience. Below are the notable bug fixes and improvements applied in October 2025:

Celayix Assistant – Summary of Shifts Fix:
The issue where the "Summary of shifts this week" displayed incorrect weekdays has been resolved. Dates now correctly align with the calendar (e.g., September 29th shows as Monday, as opposed to a Sunday). This fix addresses a misalignment caused by the Week Start Day setting.
