We are excited to share the latest updates to the Celayix platform, rolled out in May 2025. These updates are designed to improve functionality, enhance user experience, and ensure smoother workflows. Below, you'll find the details of the newest features and improvements.
Show document on shifts at associated site
You can now enable the Show document on shifts at associated site option within a site-level document to ensure it appears in employee shifts in the Team Xpress app.
A document can be associated with multiple sites by clicking the Associated with sites dropdown and selecting the sites for which you want it to appear.
Employees can access any site documents directly from their shift details in the Team Xpress app. These will appear under the Documents field, which they can tap to view the files.
Step 1: Click on the Documents field.
Step 2: Any associated documents will be displayed in a list format.
Step 3: Click on a document to view all its details.
Phone number showing country code flag
Phone numbers now display country flags for their respective country codes across key areas of your Celayix platform. These areas include:
Schedule Xpress and Team Xpress invitations.
Mobile phone fields in employee, admin, and site profiles.
Bug Fixes: May 2025
We’ve made important updates to improve the user experience. Below are the notable bug fixes applied in May 2025:
Employee list export now respects applied filters (Excel format)
Previously, when exporting the employee list to Excel, any filters applied within the platform were not carried over, resulting in a complete, unfiltered list. This issue has now been resolved, and exports will correctly reflect the active filters.
Search function added to "Add allowance" dropdown in Time Processing
The "Add allowance" dropdown in the Time Processing screen previously lacked a search capability, making it difficult to locate specific allowance types in long lists. A search feature has now been implemented, allowing users to quickly find and select the appropriate allowance.
