Accessing your Analytics

The Analytics module appears as an icon resembling a bar and line chart, located on the left side on the command strip.

Navigating between dashboards

Use the dashboard dropdown list to navigate between different dashboards, each containing various data types.

Note: The dashboards will always be listed alphabetically, and their titles cannot be modified.

Choosing a date range

Selecting a date range is essential to capture the data you wish to review. You can choose from the following options:

  • Yesterday.

  • Today.

  • Previous week.

  • Current week.

  • Previous month.

  • Current month.

  • Previous quarter.

  • Current quarter.

  • Custom range (Select your own start and end dates).

Employee and site filters

Use the employee and site filters to select specific employees and sites, allowing you to view tailored data in the dashboards.

After making your selections, be sure to click Apply to activate your filters.

Click Reset All Filters under either the employee or site filters to clear your selections.

Giving permission for manager access to Analytics

You can use your feature access groups to define a manager’s access level for the Analytics module.

This can be managed under Other Modules, within the sections Analytics and Analytics data access.

Click the pencil icon on the right side of Analytics to set access permissions to either Run access or No access.

If you grant Run Access, you can then specify which types of data the manager can access within the Analytics module.

In the example below, the manager is granted access only to employee, site, service, and schedule and attendance data—excluding billing, payroll, and profitability data.

As shown, the only dashboards available to the manager relate to employee, site, service, schedule and attendance data—as defined in their feature access group.
