Choosing a date range
Selecting a date range is essential to capture the data you wish to review. You can choose from the following options:
Yesterday.
Today.
Previous week.
Current week.
Previous month.
Current month.
Previous quarter.
Current quarter.
Custom range (Select your own start and end dates).
Employee and site filters
Use the employee and site filters to select specific employees and sites, allowing you to view tailored data in the dashboards.
After making your selections, be sure to click Apply to activate your filters.
Click Reset All Filters under either the employee or site filters to clear your selections.
Data points in Analytics
Hover your cursor over any data point on the dashboard to view more information.
Click on a data point (such as a bar in a bar chart) to drill down into details like Customer Name, Site Name, Department, or Service Name.
Alternatively, depending on the data you're reviewing, you may have the option to view a more detailed version of the report.
For example, if you choose to drill down to Customer Name, a new chart will display the customer(s) associated with the previous data.
Click the Shift Date option (in this example) to return to the full data set.
Exporting reports from Analytics
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of any chart to download a report in JPG, PDF, Excel, CSV, or CSV-Summary format.
