Some sites may require you to use facial recognition when checking in with the Team Xpress app. This article will walk you through the steps to complete a successful check-in.
Step 1 - Add a profile picture
First, you’ll need to add a profile photo, which will be used for facial recognition to validate your check-in. In the Team Xpress app, go to My Account > Profile > Add a Photo to set it up.
Once added, your profile will display the photo, which will also be visible to management at your company.
Press Save to complete.
Step 2 - Checking in using Facial Recognition
If facial recognition is required for a shift at a site, you will be prompted to take a photo to verify your identity when performing an eClock action, such as:
Sliding to check in
Sliding to perform safety check
Sliding to perform break
Sliding to check out
If the verification is successful, your check-in will be confirmed.
If the verification is unsuccessful, you’ll be notified that your face could not be detected and will need to try again.
