This article will inform you of new updates to the Celayix platform in August 2023.

In this article, we'll look at the following new features:

Restrictions in Schedule Xpress

Payroll/Billing export in Feature access groups

You can now restrict employees from working at particular sites by choosing to:

Note: Any restrictions added at site level will display in the employee Restrictions section.

You'll first need to make sure it's selected in your Employee form.

Then you can choose a site the employee does not want to work or is banned from.

Once selected, it will look as below.

Press Save to complete.

When you attempt to schedule the employee at the site they have chosen not to work at, or are banned from, you'll receive the following error message.

You can also choose to restrict employees from a site from within the Restrictions section of the site itself.

Note: Any restrictions added at employee level will display in the site Restrictions section.

You'll first need to make sure it's selected in your Site form.

Then you can choose an employee who does not want to work or is banned from this site.

Once selected, it will look as below.

Press Save to complete.

When you attempt to schedule the employee at the site they have chosen not to work at, or are banned from, you'll receive the following error message.

You can choose to give Run access (Full) or No access to Payroll export and Billing export in your Feature access groups.
