Find out the methods of resetting your Team Xpress password

You can reset your password from within your Team Xpress, or use the 'Forget password? Get help logging in' if you've forgotten it.

Employees can update their password in the My Account section of their Team Xpress accounts

Resetting password in Team Xpress

You can head to My Account > Update password inside of your Team Xpress app.

Note: You'll need to know your existing account for this.

Forgotten your Team Xpress password?

If you've forgotten your Team Xpress password, you can click 'Forgot password? Get help logging in' on the login screen.

You'll be sent an email that will allow you to reset your password.

'Forgot password? Get help logging in' sends an email to the employee so that they can reset their password
