Employees can update their password in the My Account section of their Team Xpress accounts

You can head to <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/5530439-team-xpress-the-basics#h_1eb99aae40">My Account</a> &gt; Update password inside of your <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/5530439-team-xpress-the-basics">Team Xpress</a> app.

Note: You'll need to know your existing account for this.

If you've forgotten your <a href="https://help.celayix.com/en/articles/5530439-team-xpress-the-basics">Team Xpress</a> password, you can click 'Forgot password? Get help logging in' on the login screen.

You'll be sent an email that will allow you to reset your password. 

'Forgot password? Get help logging in' sends an email to the employee so that they can reset their password
