There are several methods you can use to reset your Team Xpress password, depending on the specific requirements of your situation.
Follow these steps to regain access to your account
If you've forgotten your Team Xpress password, follow the steps below to recover your account.
Step 1: On the login page, click 'Get help logging in.
Upon clicking 'Get help logging in,' you'll be prompted to enter your Client ID and Username or email address associated with your account.
Click 'Reset Password' to continue.
The option to reset your password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Click the 'RESET PASSWORD' button to initiate the password reset process.
You'll need to enter and confirm your new password, then click 'Reset Password' to finalize the change.
Once reset, you'll be able to log in with your new password.
Resetting your password within Team Xpress
To reset your password in Team Xpress, go to 'My Account' (located in the bottom right corner) and select 'Update password' within the app.
Note: You must know your current password in order to reset it to a new one.
