This article is provided for those who would like to change the password for their Schedule Xpress user account.
Note: Passwords for Schedule Xpress are the same as for eTime Xpress, therefore meaning that this will change passwords for both. See Changing Admin Password for eTime Xpress or Citrix Workspace for more.
Logging in to Schedule Xpress
To make a password change for Schedule Xpress, you'll simply need to log in to your account and click the My Account tab (red arrow).
Locating Update Password
You can find the Update password option highlighted by the red arrow.
Inputting New Password
To change your password, input your old password (red arrow), and create a new one (green arrows). Press Save (purple arrow) to ensure the change is made.
Using the New Password
You can then try your new password on the Schedule Xpress login page.
