Downloading and logging in to Team Xpress

Find out where to download the app and get your log in details for Team Xpress!

Welcome to Team Xpress!

In this article, we discuss how you can download the app on your chosen device, and the log-in credentials you will need. This invitation process will begin via either an email or SMS sent to you by your employer.

Make sure you either download your Celayix Team Xpress app for Android or Apple phone (recommended), or bookmark login.celayix.com on your PC.

Logging in

To log in, you'll need to enter the following:

  • Client ID - A tag relative to your company name, that will be provided by your employer.

  • Username - A name provided to you by your employer.

  • Password - Set up by yourself through an invitation email.

You'll then need to click the Log In button. You may be offered the opportunity to save your credentials for future use.

Note: Please make sure to save your username, client ID and password for future use! You will be offered the option to save these credentials to your device, but may need to re-apply after any system update.


Changing the Language

To change the app's language from default English, click on the label English. At the current time English, French, and Spanish are supported.


Forgot Password?

If you're having password issues when trying to access your account, click the 'Forgot password?' option on the log in screen. This will prompt you to enter your client ID, username, and then, to click Reset password.

Note: Your employer must have assigned an email address for your account.

If you do not have an account set up, then you will receive the following error message - "Your email is not correct! If so, please contact your supervisor or the scheduler at your company to help reset your password."


Forgot Username or Client ID?

The client ID is usually a short form of your company's name.

Example: Walt Disney could be 'WDisney' or 'WDis'. This will be automatically assigned by Celayix.

As your username and client ID are determined by your company and become unique to them, you should contact them if you're unsure or would like to change anything.
