We are excited to share the latest updates to the Celayix platform, rolled out in November 2025. These updates are designed to improve functionality, enhance user experience, and ensure smoother workflows. Below, you'll find the details of the newest features and improvements.

In this article, we'll cover the following feature updates for your Celayix platform:

The new bulk shift deletion feature in Celayix Assistant allows you to quickly remove multiple shifts at once, saving time and reducing manual effort. With a simple, streamlined process, you can manage schedules more efficiently and keep your shift data clean and up to date.

To get started, open your Celayix Assistant and clearly specify which shifts you want to delete. The Assistant will identify the matching shifts and guide you through the bulk deletion process.

If the listed shifts look correct, the Assistant will enable the Delete Shifts option, which moves them into draft mode - giving you a final chance to review and confirm before they’re permanently deleted.

If you’re ready to proceed, click the Save icon to finalize the deletion. If you change your mind, click Undo - the left-facing arrow located to the right of the Save icon - to restore the shifts before saving.

If you’re looking to delete more than 100 shifts using the Celayix Assistant, you’ll currently only see a partial preview of the shifts that will be deleted. This limitation is temporary, and an enhanced, full-preview experience is expected in future updates.

We’ve made important updates to improve the user experience. Below are the notable bug fixes and improvements applied in November 2025:

Celayix Assistant – Self-Scheduled Fields Fix
The issue where Self-Scheduled Start and Self-Scheduled End fields remained visible on shift blocks after the Self-Scheduling flag was removed has been resolved. These fields are now automatically hidden when self-scheduling is disabled, ensuring that shift blocks accurately reflect their current scheduling status.

Celayix Assistant – Create Shifts Fix
Resolved an issue where the Create Shifts functionality was not generating shifts as expected. After this fix, shifts are now successfully created, ensuring that the scheduling workflow operates correctly and efficiently.
