Admins have the ability to enforce employee consent for receiving email and SMS notifications. When this setting is enabled, employees will no longer be able to modify their notification preferences in the Team Xpress app.

This ensures that critical scheduling and operational communications are consistently delivered and acknowledged—helping teams stay informed and aligned from the start.

When the admin chooses to make notifications mandatory, the employee will not be able to select Email or SMS preferences in Team Xpress
