Documents in shift panel
You can now view Documents in the shift panel, which will display any associated documents relevant to the site where the shift is located.
Admins can enforce notification consent for employees
Admins now have the ability to enforce employee consent for receiving email and SMS notifications. Previously, this decision was left entirely to employees.
With this update, admins can ensure that important scheduling communications are delivered and acknowledged, helping keep employees informed and aligned from the outset.

Bug Fixes: June 2025
We’ve made important updates to improve the user experience. Below are the notable bug fixes applied in June 2025:
Shift Tag display improvement
Shift tag codes can now be displayed as their corresponding descriptions in shift fields, improving readability for users.
Record Access Group editing
The Record Access Group field cannot be clicked or edited unless a default value has been set. Ensure a default is configured to enable editing.
Availability Clone behavior in Team Xpress
When using the Clone function for availability in Team Xpress, the default selection is now Continuous Duration, instead of Recurrence Pattern. Defaulting to Recurrence Pattern now allows users to more easily clone a recurrence, which is a more commonly used action.
