eTime Xpress no longer requires Citrix Receiver to be installed on your system. We have successfully migrated eTime to AWS AppStream, providing a smoother and faster user experience.
As part of this migration, there are no changes to your login credentials. To ensure uninterrupted access, please continue using the following format to sign in:
etime<clientid>.celayix.com
For example, if your Client ID is abcd, your sign-in link will be:
etimeabcd.celayix.com
For added convenience, we recommend bookmarking this link in your browser to make future sign-ins quicker and easier. Please note that this link remains unchanged after the migration.
In this article, we'll cover the following feature updates for your Celayix platform:

Key Differences
While the system works in the same way as it did with Citrix, there are some differences and workarounds that users need to be aware of.
Saving Files
There are two different ways to save files using AWS Appstream. See them below.
Using Temporary Files
First, type the name of your file.
After typing the name of your file, click This PC and then Temporary Files.
Once your file is saved in Temporary Files, you can access it by following these steps:
Click My Files at the top of your screen.
Double-click the file(s) you want to download.
See the images below for reference.
Using Amazon DCV Printer
Open the print dialog and select the Amazon DCV printer. This will open the file as a PDF in a new browser tab.
Click the Download option to save it onto your PC.
Printing Files
To print a file, click the Print Options button and select the Amazon DCV printer. This will open the file as a PDF in a new browser tab. From there, use the browser’s default print dialog to send the document to any printer configured on the user’s computer.
Copy/Paste in Firefox/Safari
To paste text into eTime Xpress when using Firefox or Safari, first open the Clipboard dialog from the toolbar. Paste the desired text into the dialog using Ctrl+V, then close the dialog.
Uploading a File
If you need to upload a file—such as an employee import or this week’s schedule—you must first upload it to your Temporary Files.
Click My Files at the top of your screen.
Select Temporary Files.
Upload your file there before proceeding with the import or scheduling process.
Once inside Temporary Files, click Upload file(s) and select the file(s) you want to upload.
After choosing your file and clicking Open, the file(s) will appear in the Temporary Files list, confirming they have been successfully uploaded.
Once your file has been uploaded to Temporary Files, you’re ready to import it as usual.
Navigate to the section where you want to perform the import (for example: Employees > File > Import).
Click the folder icon to select your file.
In the file browser, instead of selecting a file from your Local Disk, navigate to:
This PC > Temporary Files.Select the file you want to upload and click Open.
Your file will now be selected and ready for the import process.
Potential Error Messages
When using eTime Xpress in AWS AppStream, you may encounter one of the following errors. The descriptions below explain what each error means.
Maximum Connections Exceeded
This occurs when a user (or multiple users) attempt to log in to eTime on AppStream simultaneously using the same credentials across multiple devices or browsers.
To resolve this error, go to Profile > End Session, then log in again.
