# Export Pay Rates to PDF or Excel

Export pay rate data for reporting, analysis, or record-keeping.

The export feature in **Manage Rates** allows you to download pay rate information in a convenient format for further use. You can export all rates or apply filters to generate more specific reports.

## Export Pay Rates

To export pay rates, click the **Wrench Icon** (top-right) and select **Export Rates**.

You can choose from the following formats:

-   **PDF Export**
-   **Excel Export**

**Note:** [Apply filters](https://help.celayix.com/en/article/how-to-filter-pay-rates-in-manage-rates) before exporting to generate reports for specific rates.
